Buttermilk Green Goddess Dressing

I am going to try and do one whole week of dressings and marinades for your pleasure! I am not an anchovy fan, but think about caesar dressing when you make this - don't be scared, you can't taste them!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
-1/3 cup buttermilk
-1/4 cup fresh chives
-1/4 cup coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley
--t tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
-1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
-2 anchovy fillets packed in oil (drained, chopped)
-1 chopped garlic clove


Directions:
-Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth
-season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
-cover and chill for 2 hours
